Terms of Service
Effective October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the Heritage Wall Works text messaging program operated by Heritage Wall Works, LLC. They do not replace the separate written estimate, scope of work, warranty, or contract for your home-improvement project.
Heritage Wall Works SMS program
Our text messaging program helps homeowners discuss painting, cabinet refinishing and repainting, and fine-finish projects. Messages may include responses to inquiries, questions to understand your project and service area, consultation or estimate scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and customer support. Responses may be sent using automated technology, including an automated assistant.
Consent and participation
By expressly opting into the program, you agree to receive text messages from Heritage Wall Works about the subjects disclosed when you enroll. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may contact us by email instead. Simply providing your phone number on an ordinary inquiry does not automatically enroll you in recurring text messages.
If you initiate a text conversation, we may respond to that inquiry. Initiating a conversation does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional messages or ongoing recurring messaging. Any recurring messages require the applicable consent; promotional messages require separate express written consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to the number sending you messages to unsubscribe at any time. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, we will not send additional program messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the original enrollment method and provide new consent.

Carrier disclosure
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless provider, device, network availability, and other factors. Text messaging is not an emergency service.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, including the protections for mobile information and SMS opt-in and consent data.
Updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Any material change to the scope of messaging will require renewed consent where applicable. Questions about these terms may be sent to marcus@heritagewallworks.com.
